Wings is half-brother to VAOBA ribbon-winning dark silver NIKE...also from sire White Comet, grand-sire Vengador's Accoyo Alexander, and White Comet's dam is Brandy Lee (of PPeruvian Pluro). Brandy Lee's dam and great-dam are Lillian and Jane Russell. You can see his dam's CERTIFICATE at our foundation female COTTON! Then he has the same sire lineage as LAZY SUSAN and Crystal! (CERTIFICATES listed).

On his dam "Cotton's" side of family, her Sire, Snowmass De Beers'(means "Of DIAMONDS"). Genetics of: Snowmaster, Hemingway & PPPeruvian Purity 5044. His grand-sire De Beers, was sired by Peruvian SNOWMASTER. Peruvian Snowmaster, was Snowmass Alpacas record selling male (at the time), and sold to a farm in Australia for approx. $250,000. Australia later sold Snowmaster to Peru (his dam was imported from Peru), making him the ONLY North American born Alpaca to be imported to Peru. THERE AREN'T THAT MANY OF HIS OFFSPRING IN THE US DUE TO HIS BEING SOLD TO AUSTRALIA AND THEN TO PERU! On dam Cotton's maternal side, her dam Nuera is of Royal Fawn's son "Monte Carlo" (from daughter of PPeruvian Leon), & Nuera's dam, Los Prados Kizzi. Kizzi's maternal lineage= World Class Smoke Storm and Carolina Smoke; Sire side= Esterlino, Cumulus ITA and Sir Lancelot(well known in their day). You can click on grand-dam Kizzi at Nuera or Chloe's entries (this farm) to see her pic w most recent cria.

He really is a Cumulus Smoke Storm (even w Snowmaster/Hemingway grand-lineage included)! We're having hard time deciding his color! Different visitors say he's different colors!! (he even has a touch of light Silver in both his lighter brown & darker layer). Similar to half-brother NIKE (another White Comet son who received a 2009 VAOBA halter-class ribbon "indefinite dark grey"), yet his color is much different. We can't decide if he's Dark Grey...Dark Rose Grey at neck area. His blanket is uniform, SOLID COLOR (darker on inner & lightest on outer layer of coat). As he grows, he seems darker colored at the skin (inner) layer of fiber... Med Silver. So far, everyone who passes by him yells "Oh look, that one is so BEAUTIFUL!" He's very easy to work with. Especially calm when do heard health...usually still allows you to pet him, even after vet's syringe. He has a personality that is easier to deal with than many males, yet stands up for himself in the field very well! He is very independent and easily finds his own area when eating. He usually won't look for a fight, but he will hump a bigger male if he bothers him! (As we found out when brought 2 new sires to the farm.. he wore out the tallest). Yet, he gets along with sires (as do half-brothers SNOW and NIKE)! Though silver & brown colors, his fiber is fine and feels "oh, so VERY SOFT!" He will be one of our up and coming herdsires! The array of colors will be wonderful! And we totally want to PASS ON HIS PERSONALITY TO OFFSPRING! Kahlua & Wings may be neck rubbed. CALL REGARDING REHAB VISITS.
